John Willis brings decades of experience in education as a consultant partnering with schools nationwide to drive measurable improvements in student achievement. His systematic approach focuses on bridging the gap between current performance and desired outcomes through strategic planning and implementation. John specializes in developing customized action plans that engage all stakeholders while providing clear success criteria and monitoring frameworks.

As a former Staff Development Coordinator in one of the nation's largest urban school districts, John worked with principals and leadership teams to optimize organizational improvement initiatives. He spearheaded the district's Coach Endorsement Program and designed a comprehensive New Teacher Mentoring & Induction program that supported hundreds of emerging educators.

John's classroom experience spans Physics, Engineering, Biology, Ecology, and Astronomy, where he developed innovative teaching methods that earned him Teacher of the Year recognition. His creation of a Project-Based Physics and Engineering program at a public STEM school demonstrated his commitment to practical, engaging education. As a district-level instructional coach, he combined his classroom expertise, professional coach training, and graduate studies in Leadership and Organization Development to support K-12 educators in enhancing their teaching practice.

Holding a specialist degree in Leadership and Educational Administration and a master's in Organizational Development from the University of Georgia, John combines academic expertise with practical experience. His extensive training through the Coach Training Institute and CRR Global informs his evidence-based consulting approach, which has consistently delivered transformational results for schools and districts nationwide.

When not working with educators, John can be found training for marathons or enjoying quality time with his family - bringing the same focus and dedication to his personal pursuits as he does to transforming education.

I support educators increase their capacity to take a more comprehensive look at teaching and learning throughout the school.
